iGaming Market Intelligence

Know every catalogue. Every lobby. Every day.

Slotmetry maps every operator's full game and provider catalogue each month, and tracks what they put in front of players every day — then turns both into reports a commercial team can read in minutes.

Inside the reports

The problem

Position and velocity drive revenue.
Most teams are guessing.

01 · Money

Visibility is money

Two operators can carry the same provider and run completely different businesses — because what sits in the catalogue and what reaches the player are two different things. Most teams can see neither, across every operator, every day.

02 · Competitors

Know what everyone else is doing

How many games your competitors released this month, and which providers they added, tells you what they are betting on while there is still time to react. See every operator at once, and see where you stand against the market.

03 · Time

Stale data, stale decisions

Weekly snapshots miss the launch that spiked on day two and the restructure that quietly demoted a portfolio on Thursday. Operators' catalogues move daily. Intelligence should too.

04 · Depth

Data dumps aren't answers

Generic platforms skim every market, and raw exports need an analyst just to become readable. Your people are better spent interpreting data than collecting it — so Slotmetry goes deep on one market at a time and ships executive-style reports.

The framework

Two levels: the catalogue, and what reaches the player.

The catalogue tells you what an operator has. The lobby tells you what they chose to push. Slotmetry maps the full catalogue — every game, every provider, every operator — month by month, and tracks the top positions daily. Compare either against the market, or against any competitor.

Featured Lobby

The highest-value real estate — where sessions begin.

Prime Lobby

Strong early visibility, still above the fold of attention.

Core Lobby

The mid-lobby battleground where momentum is won.

Extended Lobby

Visible, findable — but fighting for discovery.

The reports

Executive intelligence, not raw data dumps.

Four intelligence families, one Main Lobby framework. Reports run on different cadences — daily, weekly, monthly — and at different reading levels, from executive summaries built for directors to operational views built for the teams doing the work. Every report is part of the Slotmetry subscription; plans unlock different levels of depth.

Signature analysis

Gap Analysis: not just where you are.
Where you should be.

Every market has gaps — the providers an operator has not signed, the games competitors run that you do not. Slotmetry finds them, week by week, and turns them into a concrete opportunity list. For operators it is a content roadmap; for providers it is a target list of operators where their games are absent or underplaced.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What exactly is the "Main Lobby"?

Slotmetry works on two levels: a full monthly map of every operator's game and provider catalogue, and daily tracking of the top positions — the Main Lobby. The Main Lobby is the top slot positions on a monitored operator's homepage, the window where visibility is won or lost. Slotmetry classifies it into four bands — Featured, Prime, Core and Extended Lobby — from the highest-value placements down to the deep catalogue. For every game we record both where it sits and how visible it actually is: its position, the band that position falls into, how many operators show it, and how all of that changes over time.

How does the subscription work?

Slotmetry is subscription-based. Plans differ by depth: which report families you unlock and how far into the operational detail you can go. Book a demo to find the right level for your team.

What do deeper plans add?

Deeper levels unlock head-to-head operator comparisons, exposure-level analysis and daily operational reports — the views built for commercial negotiations and competitive strategy.

How often is the data updated?

Main Lobby scans run daily. Reports follow their own cadence — daily, weekly (updated every Monday) or monthly — shown for every report family.

How does Slotmetry collect its data?

Slotmetry observes publicly visible operator lobbies and recognizes every game automatically — no manual tagging, no operator integration required.

Which markets are covered?

Slotmetry covers one market at a time, in full depth. Italy (ADM) is live today with the complete report catalogue. New markets are selected based on demand — tell us which one matters to you.
